About Us
At the end of NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) 2015, there was a TGIO (Thank God It's Over) party at the Conway public library, and where a group of the participants were so excited about the experience of supporting each other during the previous month that we decided to form a writers' group.
Originally, we met twice a month (1st & 3rd Tuesdays), alternating between workshopping submitted pieces and craft talks. After a few months we decided to add in regular write-in times on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays. It was also decided that if the month had a 5th Tuesday it would be a social gathering of the membership.
The Fellowship of Conway Literati continues to support those who want to write, no matter where they are in their author journeys.
